Cat Mandala #14 - Free Coloring Page

A cat's face seen head-on fills the center of the mandala: pointed ears lined with radiating strokes, forehead and cheeks covered in tight scrollwork. The almond eyes, filled solid black, each leave a tiny cat silhouette reserved in the pupil; the muzzle carries a heart-shaped nose and dotted whiskers. A narrow band mixes crescent moons and fish-bone shapes, a wider band repeats fish and flower buds. The edge is a double row of triangular points, almost sun-like.

The line stays fine throughout, but the face scrolls break into tiny cells needing a fine tip, while the fish, moons and triangles at the edge fill in fast. This mandala coloring page suits someone already comfortable with detail; a beginner can warm up on the border. Allow two to four hours.

Start with the eyes, already reserved in black, before the forehead spirals, the finest part; a fine marker or a sharp pencil keeps ink from bleeding between spirals. For this printable mandala, use at least 200 gsm paper in A4 or letter, sturdy enough to hold marker without bleed-through.
