Chakra Mandala #7 - Free Coloring Page

At the center, a square holds an upward triangle with a single dot at its core, like a yantra. It is ringed by a star of pointed petals, a thin beaded circle, then a rosette of rounded, overlapping petals. A wide band carries eight roundels set out like compass points: a crescent moon, a half-circle, repeated trefoil shapes, a radiating sun, the Om syllable, a small flower, separated by triangular flames. A band of slender leaves and filigree scrolls comes next, followed by a row of small triangular teeth, and a double outer circle closes the mandala.

The line stays fine from the center to the edge, with no truly wide area: the heart petals and the roundels are the most comfortable to fill in, while the scrolls and small teeth at the rim call for a fine-tipped marker. This mandala coloring page suits a hand already used to detail rather than a first-timer, and takes more than one sitting to finish.

Start with the eight compass roundels before tackling the border scrolls, the thinnest part of the drawing. Colored pencils or fine liners hold up better than a broad marker on this printable mandala. Print it on A4 paper of at least 160 gsm so ink doesn't bleed through with felt-tip pens.
