A tiny white circle sits at the heart of this mandala, its fine rays curling outward like a small sun. Around it runs a ring of small circles, then a row of miniature hearts pressed close together. Scalloped petals tipped with heart shapes follow, before the widest band of all: large interlocking spirals that reach a scalloped outer edge lined with small points.

The line stays fine throughout, but the spiral band packs in the most small, awkward spaces between the curves. This printable mandala suits a hand used to detail work and a fine-tipped marker that won't bleed past the lines. The center, with its wider circles and petals, colors quickly and makes a good warm-up before tackling the longer outer spirals.

Save fine liners or sharpened pencils for the spiral ring, where two close shades are enough to set each curl apart without drowning the small hearts between them.
