A tight Greek-key border wraps the two-layer, pointed-petal rosette at the heart of this mandala, itself ringed by a band of beads and a row of small pointed scallops. Past this dense core the pattern opens into long radiating petals divided by fine radial lines, reaching an outer band where big rounded flowers alternate with wavy leaves — the busiest part of the design. A thin double circle closes the edge, with no beading or scalloping.

The linework stays fine throughout, but the scale of each area shifts: the middle rings — key pattern, beads, scallops — need a very fine tip and steady patience, while the large outer petals and flowers give broader, more relaxing spaces.
