This mandala doesn't close with a clean circle: small spiral scrolls, each ending in a tiny round dot, jut out unevenly around the edge and break the outline into a loose, organic silhouette. Moving inward, a ring of large double-outlined hearts opens like petals, followed by a tighter band of smaller hearts. At the very center sits a star-shaped flower with slender pointed petals, its surface marked by a few faint engraved spirals.

The linework stays thin throughout, but the shapes keep multiplying: every heart, scroll and petal is its own little zone, which makes this mandala coloring page fairly dense. The mid-ring hearts give the most generous surfaces to fill in, while the outer scrolls and the central flower call for a steadier hand.
