Circles and Petals Mandala #60

Circles and Petals Mandala #60 - Free Coloring Page

Print or download this mandala for free

Layered daisy rosette ringed by sixteen pointed petals with crescent cutouts.

At the center of this mandala, a dot sits inside a thin ring, followed by a crown of narrow, drop-shaped petals arranged like a small daisy. A clean circle closes off this rosette, followed by a ring of small dots and a second crown of pointed, leaf-like petals each marked with a center vein, the whole medallion enclosed in one large circle. Outside it, another ring of dots leads into a band of overlapping scallops, then a final crown of sixteen pointed petals, each hollowed out with a small crescent, their tips forming the star-shaped outer edge.

The line stays thin and even throughout, but the spaces to fill vary a lot in size: the many small dots and the narrow inner petals call for a fine-tipped pen and patience, while the sixteen outer petals give wide, easy-to-cover areas. This mix suits someone who has already finished a few mandala coloring pages; plan on one to two hours to work from the center out to the last point.

Start with the sixteen outer petals using a marker or a broad pencil, then switch to a fine pencil for the small crescents and the narrow inner petals, the most delicate part of this printable mandala. Print it on A4 paper of at least 200 gsm: the thicker stock keeps markers from bleeding through at the scallops and the closely spaced points.
