At the centre, a small circle opens into a six-petal flower built in layers. Around it, a ring of thin star bursts alternates with scalloped petals that interlock like waves. Further out, six clusters of small five-petal blossoms, with striped or dotted centres, fill curved cells. Several thin rings enclose the design: a dotted band, a chain of round beads, then a dotted scalloped band. On the outside, six sprigs of leaves and tiny buds reach slightly past the circle, between single blossoms resting on the edge.
