At the centre, eight large five-petaled flowers close in on each other, leaving a small star-shaped white gap where they meet. Their broad petals, ridged with fine radiating veins, form a dense wreath filled out with small buds, wide notched leaves and pointed fronds. The line stays thin even inside the petal veins, which multiplies the small areas despite the generous size of the flowers.
