Mother's Day Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

Two open hands cradle a five-petalled flower with two leaves, framed inside a scalloped medallion at the mandala's centre. Eight slender points draw inward around it like a star before giving way to a dense band of paisley scrolls, tiny hearts, teardrops and dotted flowers. Eight round-centred daisies alternate with hearts and leaves in the next ring, followed by a slim double line and an outer band of repeating small hearts, closed off by a clean double circle.

The line stays fine throughout, but the scroll band holds the most detail, with hearts and teardrops only a few millimetres across. The daisy ring and the central points give real surfaces to fill, easy to reach with markers. This mandala coloring page suits an experienced colourist more than a beginner, and takes two to three hours from centre to edge.

Keep a fine-tip pen or a sharp pencil for the scroll band and the heart border, and start with the hands and the central flower or the daisy ring before tackling the smaller shapes. For a printable mandala that keeps every line crisp, print at A4 or A3 on paper of at least 200 gsm.
