Nature Leaves Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

A ring of slim, flame-shaped points closes off this mandala just outside a thin double circle. Below it, a wide band alternates eight round-petaled flowers, spiral roses and veined leaves, linked by curling stems. Closer to the middle, four pairs of wing-like figures face each other through a dense tangle of vines, surrounding an eight-pointed flower that frames a small central rosette with many thin petals.

The line stays thin and continuous throughout, but the shapes shrink sharply in the winged band and in the outer points, where every detail is tiny. This printable mandala suits someone already comfortable with fine work: the large flowers and roses leave room for shading, while the interlacing vines need a fine tip to stay inside the lines. Expect several sittings to finish the whole sheet.

Start with the eight large flowers and roses, which hold color easily, before tackling the winged band and the pointed border, both far less forgiving. Colored pencils or fine-tip markers work better here than broad markers, which would flood the small dots and thin scrollwork. Print this mandala coloring page at A3 on heavy paper, at least 200gsm, to keep the outer detail legible.
