At the center of this mandala, a sea turtle seen from above rests in a circular medallion: its shell forms hexagonal plates, its head and four flippers point toward the corners, framed by coral and seaweed. A ring of spiral scrolls encircles it, followed by a wide band where jellyfish, seahorses and calla-lily-like flowers alternate among small bubbles. A matching second scroll ring leads to the outer edge: large fan-shaped shells, pointed leaves, starfish and small spiral shells, closed off by a clean double circle.

The line stays fine and even from center to edge; the shell's scales and the bubbles are tiny, while the fan-shaped shells at the rim offer larger surfaces.
