Unicorn Mandala #2 - Free Coloring Page

Eight rearing unicorns, manes streaming, alternate with spiralling vine scrolls around the wide outer band, dotted with tiny scattered stars. Moving inward, a ring of long pointed petals stands like flames around tighter scrollwork, which frames the center: a unicorn's head in profile inside its own small circle, ringed by a burst of little triangles. Two clean concentric lines close the piece at the rim, with no beads or scalloping.
The linework stays fine throughout, though the surfaces differ in size: the unicorn head and the petals color in fairly quickly, while the vine scrolls, the manes, and the scattered stars in the outer band call for a steady hand. This printable mandala suits someone already comfortable with detailed coloring pages, and finishing all four rings realistically takes more than one sitting.
Sharpened colored pencils hold the scrollwork and tiny stars better than markers, which tend to bleed into neighboring lines. Start with the central unicorn head, work outward through the petals, and save the crowded outer band for last. For a crisp result, print this mandala coloring page on A3 paper at 200gsm or heavier so fine linework and shading don't warp the sheet.
