Dog Mandala #18 - Free Coloring Page

A chain of small bones forms the scalloped outer edge of this mandala, framing a ring of sixteen dog faces — some drawn as plain portraits, others patterned with swirling paisley fur. Moving inward, the rings tighten: a band of bones and paw prints set in shield shapes, a thin chain of miniature bones, a row of doghouses alternating with small medallions, and finally fine rays circling a central disc that holds a single paw print.

Line work is fine and closely packed through the four inner rings, where bones, paw prints and medallions leave very small cells, then opens up across the dog faces, mixing plain cheeks with spiral-covered patches. This mandala coloring page takes real patience — expect several sittings to fill all sixteen portraits and the rings around them — and suits a colorist already comfortable with tight spaces.

Start with the plain-faced portraits before tackling the bone chain and central medallions, the most delicate part of the drawing, using a sharpened pencil or a fine-tip marker rather than a broad one. Print this printable mandala on A4 paper of at least 160 gsm so the fine lines hold up under several layers of color.
