Dragon Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of this mandala sits a tiny knotted medallion, immediately ringed by eight almond-shaped drops, each split by a curved line. Next comes a band of double-lobed arches, almost like inverted hearts, before the widest zone of the drawing: large scrolls that curl on themselves like waves, interlacing without ever touching. Near the edge runs a fine chain of small linked rings, and the outer contour closes with a plain double circle.

The line stays fine throughout, but cell size varies widely: tiny at the center and along the ring chain, larger across the scroll band. That contrast makes for a progressive mandala coloring page, big restful areas giving way to finer work. It suits colorists comfortable holding a fine tip without straying outside the lines. Expect about an hour for the scrolls, longer if each small ring of the border gets its own color.

Colored pencils or a fine liner work better here than a broad marker, because of the small almond drops and the border rings. Start with the central medallion, save the ring chain for last since it's the finest part of the line work. This printable mandala prints well at A4 on paper of at least 160 gsm, sturdy enough to take markers without bleeding through.
