Easter Mandala #4 - Free Coloring Page

A large Easter egg fills the center of this mandala, its shell split into bands: a triangle frieze, rows of dots, a ribbon of spirals and a scalloped edge near the bottom. A ring of coiled spirals wraps directly around it. Beyond that, a wide floral band holds four crosses at the cardinal points, linked by lilies and dense foliage where crouching rabbits hide. A border of small oval medallions, each holding a tiny rabbit or bird scene, closes the circle like a necklace of cameos.

The linework stays fine throughout, but the shapes vary widely: the egg and the lily petals give large, easy areas, while the spirals and especially the dozens of medallions around the rim demand careful, patient strokes. This printable mandala suits a steady, experienced hand and takes two to three sittings, with the medallion border being the slowest part.

Start with the central egg and its spiral ring before moving into the foliage, saving the tiny medallions for last with a sharpened fine liner. For this mandala coloring page, print on A3 paper at 200 gsm so the small border details hold up without the sheet buckling.
