Eight pointed hearts encircle a floral centre amid paisley and feather patterns.
A ring of eight pointed hearts closes around a small round-petalled rosette at the centre of this heart mandala. Beyond them, a wide band of teardrop paisley shapes with scrolling volutes alternates with pointed leaves etched in fine, feather-like hatching. A narrower band of small spirals and tiny fern leaves runs just inside the plain double-line circle that closes the design.
Line weight stays fine throughout, but the density shifts sharply: the hearts and paisleys leave generous open shapes to fill, while the feathered hatching and the small spirals near the rim call for a very fine tip.
