Mother's Day Mandala #1 - Free Coloring Page

Two cupped hands hold a single round-petaled flower on a two-leaf stem, framed inside a plain circle. Around it winds a ring of interlocking heart-shaped scrolls, followed by a band that alternates small six-petal flowers with knotted ribbon shapes. A wider ring of full roses and five-petal blooms, dotted with hearts and leaf sprigs, sits just inside a slim garland of tiny hearts running along the outer double line.

The linework stays fine throughout but tightens noticeably in the heart-scroll ring and the floral band, where small shapes crowd together. The open center makes for a quick mandala coloring page start, while the ribbons and miniature hearts call for a steady hand and a sharp point. This sheet suits an experienced colorist and easily takes over an hour to finish.

Working the hands and central flower first, before tackling the denser heart garland, keeps the page from feeling overwhelming. Fine markers or colored pencils handle the small petals better than broad-tipped markers, which would bleed past the lines. Print this printable mandala at A4 or letter size on at least 200gsm paper, sturdy enough for several color layers without showing through.
