Yin Yang Mandala #7 - Free Coloring Page

At the center sits a small circular medallion carrying a Greek-key pattern arranged as a rosette. Directly above and below it, two slim rings each enclose a stylised lotus-like flower, aligned on the same vertical axis. The large inner circle surrounding them splits into two contrasting fields: on the left, rolling scrolls and waves suggesting water or smoke; on the right, a dragon-like creature crossed by fine radiating lines, like sun rays. Four small cloud-shaped spirals fill the spaces between these two zones. A meander band runs all the way around, followed by a wide ring of Celtic-style interlacing knots. The outer edge is a clean double circle, with no beading or scalloping.

This mandala coloring page mixes tiny sections — tight rays, scrolls, knots — with larger, repetitive areas in the outer bands, making it better suited to someone already comfortable with fine detail; expect several sittings to finish it.

Save fine liners or well-sharpened pencils for the rays and scrolls at the center, and start instead with the knotwork band, which is wider and less demanding. For this printable mandala, print at A3 on paper of at least 200gsm so the finest lines stay crisp.
