A ring of rounded, scalloped petals closes around it, followed by a band of tiny teardrops and hearts inside a thin circle. A wide crown of striped, pointed leaves takes over, separated by small spirals and hanging drops, before opening into a huge eight-branched star built from striped triangular facets, edged by a dense band of small sawtooth triangles and closed off by a clean double-line circle.

The linework stays fine throughout, but the spaces to fill vary: the large petals and star branches leave roomy areas, while the outer sawtooth band and the small teardrops in the second ring call for a steady hand.
