Psychedelic Mandala #16 - Free Coloring Page

The outline here isn't a clean circle: it closes in an uneven, scalloped edge formed by the tips of the scrolls radiating from the center. At the core sits a small eight-pointed star ringed by six solid circles linked in a wreath. A row of slender petals opens along the four main axes, then large leaf- and flame-shaped scrolls curl into spirals all the way to the edge, dotted here and there with small marks.

The line stays thin and even throughout, but the spaces it encloses shift in size: the six central circles and the petal tips give small, precise areas, while the outer scrolls open up much larger fields to fill. This mandala coloring page asks for the most patience near the center, where the spirals interlock tightly; expect close to an hour, longer with colored pencil if you shade each scroll gradually.

Start with the star and the six circles, the most self-contained shapes, before moving to the big outer scrolls where a stray line is less noticeable. The petal tips near the center and the scattered dots along the leaves are the finest details, best suited to a fine-tip marker. For a crisp printable mandala, print on at least 200gsm paper at A4 size so marker ink won't bleed through.
