Owl Mandala Coloring #15 - Free Coloring Page

An owl sits at the center of this mandala: its large round eyes, white irises rimmed in black, each hold a dark pupil with a bright highlight, and a triangular beak points down beneath brows that curl into scrolls. A collar of broad petals, some lined, some hollowed with small spirals and dots, frames the face like a flower. A second ring alternates flame-shaped points with checkered diamonds, and an outer band of small hook-like scrolls forms a jagged, irregular edge rather than a clean circle or a beaded border.

The linework stays fine throughout, but detail piles up in the two outer rings, where spirals and dots shrink the open spaces. The owl's face and its wide petals leave generous areas for a mandala coloring page that suits beginners; the scrolled outer ring demands more patience and likely a second sitting to finish.

A fine liner tracks the outer scrolls better than a broad marker; start with the petals and the face before tackling the tight spirals near the edge, the most delicate part of the drawing. For this printable mandala, 200gsm paper at A4 size holds up to repeated marker strokes without bleeding through.
