Tribal Wolf Mandala #23 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of the mandala, a stylized wolf's face stares straight ahead, its fur turned into tribal patterning: spirals on the ears, stacked diamonds down the muzzle, dots and triangles on the cheeks, a heart shape beneath the jaw. A crown of jagged points frames the head, then five concentric rings follow: a band of dots, a row of small sawtooth triangles, a wide interlace frieze with four tribal faces and leaf shapes, and a ring of tall curved triangular petals. The outer edge is a frieze of alternating triangles, closed off by a thin, clean circle.

The linework is fine and tightly packed around the wolf's face, with tiny cells — dots, spirals, diamonds — that call for a fine-tip pen or a sharply sharpened pencil; the petals and outer frieze offer larger, more relaxed areas. This mandala coloring page suits colorists already comfortable with intricate detail, and it takes several sittings to finish.

Start with the wolf's face and its finest details before moving out to the more generous outer rings; save your finest tip for the diamonds running down the muzzle. This printable mandala prints cleanly at A4 on paper of at least 160 gsm, sturdy enough to hold up under marker or fineliner.
