Tribal Wolf Mandala #25 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of the mandala, a lion's face fills almost the whole circle: black pupils, a nose marked with two clusters of small dots like whiskers, and a mane of wide scrolls and interlacing ribbons rising to a point at the top. A ring of petals and pointed leaves frames the head, then geometric interlace in woven diamonds, then a final ring of pointed leaves along the rim, closed by a plain circle with a clean line.

The linework is fine and dense: the scrolls in the mane, the nose dots and the interlace create many small cells, while the petals and outer leaves offer larger areas. This mandala coloring page suits an experienced colorist, teen or adult, comfortable working within tight spaces, and takes several hours across more than one sitting.

A fine liner or a sharp pencil works better than a thick marker for the nose dots and the small scrolls around the eyes, which close up fast. Start with the lion's face before moving to the more repetitive interlace at the edge. This printable mandala suits A4 paper of at least 200 gsm, so fine lines don't bleed through the sheet.
