Autumn Mandala #4 - Free Coloring Page

This autumn mandala doesn't close in a plain circle: maple leaf clusters and tied wheat sheaves fan out around the rim, their pointed tips breaking past a faceted polygon frame instead of a smooth edge. Moving inward, a garland of small pumpkins and oak leaves sits above a wavy scalloped line, then a ring of pointed bulb shapes alternates with acorns and curling scrollwork. At the center, a two-layer flower with pointed petals surrounds a plain white circle, itself ringed by a row of small dots.

The linework stays thin and even throughout, and seven tight bands pack in small shapes - acorns, dots, scrolls, oak leaves - that add up to a proper mandala coloring page rather than a quick one. It suits someone already comfortable with detailed pages more than a first-timer, and covering the whole sheet, especially the leaf-and-wheat border, takes more than one sitting.

Fine-tipped pens or colored pencils handle the acorns and scrollwork better than broad markers; starting with the central flower makes it easier to gauge scale before tackling the outer band. For this printable mandala, choose heavier paper, at least 200 gsm, in A4 or US letter, so ink doesn't bleed through the finer lines.
