Indian Mandala #14 - Free Coloring Page

Eight-petal paisley rosette encircling a central Om symbol.
At the center, the Om symbol sits solid black inside a small medallion, ringed by a crown of narrow pointed petals arranged like sun rays. A plain circle closes this core, followed by a rosette of rounded petals and then a thin ring dotted with small points. The main motif is an eight-petal flower, each petal filled with paisley scrolls, spirals and small flowers, separated by pointed bud-shaped leaves. Three concentric circles, one of them a thick black line, close the disc.
The line stays thin throughout, but density shifts: the eight outer petals, packed with paisleys and spirals, hold countless small areas to fill, while the central medallion around the Om leaves more open space. This mandala coloring page suits hands used to fine detail work; expect an hour or two to cover the whole disc carefully.
Start on the eight outer petals with a fine liner before switching to colored pencils on the roomier center; the paisley scrollwork and the dotted ring are the trickiest parts, best left for last once your hand is warmed up. For this printable mandala, print at A4 or A3 on at least 200gsm paper so marker ink won't bleed through.
