Central cherry blossom, textured triangle band, and a beaded border.
At the center of the mandala, a five-petaled cherry blossom opens around a round pistil ringed with small dotted stamens; inside the same medallion sit a few rounded clouds, a band of scalloped waves, and two clusters of bamboo. A ring of pointed triangles surrounds this scene, some filled with fine stippling and others with tight hatching, and cranes and further bamboo stalks appear between them at intervals. Beyond that, a ring of layered flower clusters alternates with plain gaps. The outer edge closes with a double circle holding a row of small round beads, broken here and there by thin looping scrolls.
The linework stays fine throughout, but density rises sharply in the triangle ring, where the stippled dots and close hatching take real patience, while the central blossom's petals and the flower clusters further out give larger, faster-filling areas. This mandala coloring page suits an adult or teenager already used to detailed work rather than a first-timer, and it takes a good hour or more to finish carefully.
Start at the central medallion and work outward before tackling the triangle band, using a fine fineliner or a sharpened pencil for the tightest hatching so the pattern doesn't blur. For this printable mandala, choose a heavier 200gsm+ paper at A4 size so ink doesn't bleed through the most textured sections.
