Tree of Life Mandala #4 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of the mandala, a small disc holds a sun with rays around a crescent moon, right where the tree's trunk splits in two. The braided trunk drops into roots woven like a Celtic knot, flanked by two round flowers with spiral centers. The branches curl upward into large symmetrical swirls, carrying two perched birds, leaves, small flowers and berry clusters. Three concentric rings frame the scene: leaves and berries, a ring of spirals, then a border of Celtic interlace, closed by a clean double circle.

The line work is fine and tight, especially in the braided roots and the interlace border: this mandala coloring page rewards a steady hand so the ink stays inside narrow spaces. The tree's swirls and central disc offer larger, calmer areas to fill. It suits colorists used to detailed work, teens and adults more than young children, and takes more than one sitting to finish.

Start with the trunk and roots before tackling the three outer rings, where a fine-tip pen or sharp pencil moves more cleanly through the interlace and small leaves than a broad marker. This printable mandala prints well at A4 on heavy paper, at least 200 gsm, so it holds up without the lines bleeding through.
