Layered lotus centre, five ornate rings and a triangular border frieze.

At the centre, a layered flower opens outward: a ring of rounded petals followed by a ring of longer pointed petals, with small scroll shapes tucked between the points. A thin circle surrounds it, then a ring of small dots, then a band of tightly packed rounded arches. Next comes a ring where large double spirals alternate with almond-shaped petals turned toward the centre, followed by a ring of elongated leaves arranged like spokes. The outer border is a frieze of inward-pointing triangles decorated with small floral crosses, scattered dots and a few cross-hatched triangles, closed off by a clean double circle.
The line stays thin and even throughout, but the spaces to fill are tiny, especially in the dotted ring, the spirals and the cross-hatched triangles of the outer frieze: this mandala coloring page suits someone already comfortable with fine detail rather than a first-timer, and takes two to four hours to complete.
For this printable mandala, start with the central flower using a fine liner or a well-sharpened pencil, then save the sharpest point for the cross-hatched triangles and tiny dots at the edge, where a thick marker will bleed. Print it on A4 or letter-size heavy paper, at least 200gsm, to keep the linework crisp.
