Eight-pointed star, four radiating triangles and a crown of pointed petals.

At the center, a small circle holds an eight-pointed star. A thin ring surrounds it, then four large triangles point up, down, left and right, each filled with straight radiating lines and hollowed near its tip by a smaller nested triangle. Between these four points, blank triangular spaces sit before a fine circle. Next comes a row of small diamonds, a double circular line, then a zigzag band of tiny alternating triangles. The outer edge closes into a crown of pointed petals so tightly packed that they replace a clean circular outline with a sunburst rim.

The line stays fine throughout, but the size of the areas varies a lot: the four central triangles offer large surfaces that fill in quickly, while the diamonds, the zigzag band and the petal crown at the edge multiply the small compartments. This mandala coloring page suits a hand already used to staying inside a narrow line; expect around an hour to finish it.

Start with the central star and the four large triangles, which move fast and build volume right away; keep a fine liner or a sharpened pencil for the diamonds and the outer petals, the trickiest parts to keep clean. This printable mandala fits an A4 sheet on 200 gsm paper, thick enough to take several marker passes without bleeding through.
