At the centre, a stylised lotus opens in two layers of petals: a tight rosette of short points around a small circular core, then a wider ring of rounder petals enclosing it, the whole set inside a plain circle. Three concentric bands then build out the rest of the disc. The first mixes small pointed leaves crossed by a thin line with spiral scrollwork. The second lines up tall arched petals, each carved with a miniature floral rosette. The third and densest band weaves scale-like petals, a scatter of tiny round dots, and eight petal-shaped cartouches holding a calligraphic sign close to the ॐ symbol, alternating with an outward-facing lotus. A fine double circle closes the design, with no beading and no cut edge.

The line stays thin and even from centre to rim, but the spaces to fill change size sharply: large, easy petals at the heart, then smaller and more numerous shapes toward the edge, especially the dots and scrollwork of the third ring. Start with the central lotus using a fine liner or a well-sharpened pencil, then work outward ring by ring to keep a light touch on the dots and symbol cartouches, the trickiest part of the drawing.
