Moon Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of this mandala, two crescent-moon profiles with closed eyes face each other, separated by small clouds, stars, and dots, all enclosed in a ring of moon spheres textured with craters. A crown of round beads surrounds this medallion, followed by a band alternating solid circles and starry crescents. A wide belt of pointed lotus petals and coiled spirals fills the outer area, closed off by two clean concentric circles.

The line stays thin throughout, but the density shifts: the beads, crescents, and small stars form tiny surfaces that call for precision, while the outer petals and central clouds offer large areas that fill in easily. This mandala coloring page suits colorists with some prior practice, and going from center to edge takes about one to two hours.

Starting with the moon faces and clouds sets the mood before tackling the bead ring, the most delicate part to keep inside the lines; a fine-tip marker or a sharp colored pencil keeps the small circles from filling in as one blob. For this printable mandala, thick 200 gsm paper at A4 size stops marker ink from bleeding through the sheet.
