Owl Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

A front-facing owl fills the center of this mandala, its large round eyes ringed with fine radiating lines and two curled tufts rising above its head. Layered feathers scale down its chest to the talons gripping a branch, while swirling tendrils, tiny stars, dots and leaves fill the space around it. Three rings surround this central circle: a narrow band of fan-shaped points, a wide lattice of interlocking diamonds, then a row of jagged triangular teeth, closed by a clean double-line circle.

The linework is fine and dense, especially through the diamond lattice and the jagged border, leaving little room for a thick pencil tip. The feathers across the owl's body form small to medium spaces, while the eyes and face offer the largest areas to fill. This mandala coloring page suits teens and adults comfortable with detailed work, and takes several hours to complete.

Fine markers or a sharpened colored pencil work best for the diamond lattice and the small border points, the most delicate parts. Start with the eyes and face, the largest shapes, before working outward. Print this printable mandala at A4 or A3 on paper of at least 200gsm so the linework stays crisp.
