Summer Mandala #14 - Free Coloring Page

A sun sits where a flower might be expected: a bare circle ringed by two thin lines, sending out wavy, flame-like rays to a first circle. Around it, a tight band of tiny five-petaled flowers alternates with small stars, then pointed leaves grouped in threes fan outward. A scalloped shell border follows, dotted with small buds, then a wide, busy outer band repeating hearts, small suns, shells and spiky stars. Two clean concentric circles close the design, with no beading or cut edge.

This printable mandala holds seven concentric bands, making it a dense mandala coloring page: shapes shrink from the sun outward until the border's hearts and stars turn quite small. The line stays fine and even, with no shading built in. It suits an experienced colorist comfortable with small sections; expect two to three unhurried hours.

Save fine-tip markers or sharpened pencils for the outer band, the most delicate part; the sun's broader rays make a good warm-up before that detail. Print it on A4 paper at 200 gsm or heavier so fine lines hold up without bleeding.
