Summer Mandala #18 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of this mandala, a thin double circle frames a bare core from which long flame-like points radiate, alternating with shorter ones, like a sun disc. A ring of small rounded scallops closes around this sun, then a wide floral band unfolds: large five-petaled flowers alternate with spiraling scrollwork and small round buds. A final ring of pointed petals and leaves borders the whole design, closed by a single clean circular line.

The line stays fine and even from center to edge, but the size of the areas varies a lot: the central rays give large, easy-to-fill spaces, while the scrollwork and buds in the floral band need a fine tip. This mandala coloring page suits someone already comfortable with detailed work; expect two to three hours to cover every ring.

Start with the central rays to warm up before tackling the floral band, the finest part of the drawing, where a fine-tip pen or a sharpened pencil will be more precise than a broad marker. For a printable mandala that keeps these small details crisp, choose heavy paper (at least 200 gsm) in A4 or letter size.
