At the center of this mandala, a small rosette of eight pointed petals surrounds a tiny circular core, itself ringed by a larger lotus with alternating heart- and leaf-shaped petals. Beyond it, several concentric bands split into panels carry fine scrollwork and cloud-like filigree, broken at intervals by round floral medallions that repeat around the circle. The outer edge pairs two thin circular lines with a frieze of triangular points alternating with small looped knot motifs.
