Wolf Mandala #15 - Free Coloring Page

Sharp triangular teeth form the outer edge of this mandala, a jagged crown rather than a plain circle or a string of beads. Moving inward, a wide band mixes zigzag fir trees with clusters of small round dots, then a narrower ring alternates more stylized firs with tiny leaping animal silhouettes. An eight-petaled star, each petal fanned with fine lines, surrounds the innermost medallion, where a wolf's face stares out, lips curled back, framed by delicate scrollwork.

The fine, tight lines of the wolf's muzzle, the scrollwork, and the toothed border sit next to the broader petal shapes that take a wide-tip marker easily. This printable mandala suits an experienced colorist comfortable holding a steady line across small compartments; expect two to three hours to work outward from the medallion to the outer ring.

Start with the wolf's face using a fine liner or a sharpened pencil, since any slip shows immediately there, and save the triangular border for last — it's the most delicate part of the drawing. For this mandala coloring page, print on A3 paper at 200gsm or heavier so the dense linework won't show through.
