Wolf Mandala #20 - Free Coloring Page

A wolf howls, head tipped up and to the right, muzzle open toward a crescent moon and a small sun; its coat is rendered entirely in fine swirls and spirals, with a mountain range along the base, closed inside a clean circle. A ring of triangular points alternates with small round medallions holding feathers, paw prints, dreamcatchers and spirals. A thin double circle leads to a wide band of solid black silhouettes - howling and running wolves, pine trees, paw prints, crescent moons - repeated all around, closed by an outer two-strand Celtic knotwork border.

Line density shifts sharply from one ring to the next: the swirls in the wolf's coat and the tiny pictogram medallions call for a fine point, while the silhouette band is already solid black and needs no color. This printable mandala suits someone comfortable with detailed line work, with easier spaces in the outer knotwork; plan two to three hours for the whole disc.

Save fine liners or sharpened pencils for the wolf and the medallions, the most delicate parts of the piece, and start with the broad knotwork bands before the center. This mandala coloring page holds its detail well on A3 paper at 200gsm, sturdy enough for several felt-tip passes without bleeding through.
