Wolf Mandala #19 - Free Coloring Page

A wolf's face, seen head-on, fills the centre, its fur rendered in tight swirling filigree, the forehead marked with triangles and the muzzle stippled down to a solid black nose, the only dark fill on the page. Two wolf heads in profile flank it at eye level. The whole sits inside an eight-pointed star of triangles filled with spirals, knotwork, small floral crosses and scattered dots, closed by a single thin circle.

The fine linework on the face and its stippling calls for a fine-tip marker or a sharp pencil, while the star's triangles give broader areas for quicker colouring. This printable mandala coloring page suits an experienced colourist, teen or adult, comfortable with small sections; expect three to five hours to complete it.

Start with the nose and eyes to anchor the gaze, then work outward through the forehead's swirls before tackling the star. The muzzle's stippling and the knotwork triangles are the trickiest spots, so a hard-lead pencil helps keep lines crisp. For a clean print of this mandala, use 200gsm paper at A4, sturdy enough to hold up under markers.
