Owl Mandala #11 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of this mandala sits an owl's face: large round eyes with solid black pupils and a chest of stacked geometric triangles down to the beak. Five concentric rings surround it: pointed triangles like sun rays, a band of lotus petals, a string of small dotted circles, a row of flower buds, then a wide outer band of spiraling scrolls, leaves and star-flowers with dotted centers, with larger feather shapes pointing outward at the top, bottom and sides. A thick, clean black circle closes the whole design.
The linework stays fine and even, tightening near the center and the dotted ring, while the outer petals and scrolls leave broader shapes to fill. This mandala coloring page suits an experienced colorist rather than a young child; expect two or three sittings to finish the five rings without rushing the triangles near the center.
Start with the eyes and chest triangles before the outer rings: a fine-tipped pencil handles the small dots and tight triangles better than a broad marker. Print this printable mandala on paper of at least 200 gsm in A3, leaving enough room for the outer scrolls.
