Owl Mandala #5 - Free Coloring Page

The owl fills the center, facing forward with large round eyes and black pupils, small pointed ear tufts, and a chevron-patterned feathered chest. Seven concentric rings surround it: fine diamonds and triangles, a band of crescent moons and stars mixed with spirals, scrollwork and waves, pointed feather-like leaves, a wide band of layered leaves, a scalloped row of small hearts, and finally an outer ring of large radiating petals. The outside edge stays a clean plain circle, with no beading or cut-out shape.

The linework is fine and dense, especially near the center where the diamonds, moons and stars create small, demanding spaces; the outer leaves and petals give larger, easier areas. This mandala coloring page suits an adult who already enjoys detailed work rather than a first-timer, and it typically takes four to six hours across several sessions.

Start on the large outer petals to warm up before tackling, with a fine liner or a 0.3 mm marker, the ring of moons and diamonds near the owl's eyes, the trickiest part of the design. For a printable mandala with crisp lines, print it on paper at least 200 gsm in A4 or US letter size.
