Summer Mandala #2 - Free Coloring Page

At the centre of this mandala, a blank disc opens the design, circled by a ring of large curved petals shaped like flames that swirl like waves. A narrower second ring alternates small spirals and round droplets, closed off by a double circular line that seals this medallion. Around it, a wide band shows four palm trees on the diagonals, four heart-winged butterflies at the cardinal points, four-petaled flowers, seashells and small starfish, set against a background of wavy lines. A clean double circle closes the composition.

The line stays thin and even from centre to edge, but density rises sharply in the outer band, where fronds, flower petals and wave lines multiply the small areas to fill, while the central medallion offers more generous spaces. This mandala coloring page suits someone already comfortable with a fine liner or a well-sharpened pencil, and takes a good two to three hours without rushing.

Start with the palm trees and butterflies, the finest parts, before tackling the large central petals with a broader tip. This printable mandala prints cleanly on A4 paper of at least 160 gsm, heavy enough to stop markers from bleeding through.
