Wolf Mandala #10 - Free Coloring Page

This wolf-head mandala is carved with tight spirals across the muzzle and cheeks, pointed ears etched with fine scrollwork, and a heart-shaped pattern framing the nose. A ring of small jagged triangles, like stylised fir trees, frames the face. Beyond it runs a band of scattered symbols — mountain peaks at the top, paw prints, four-phase crescent moons and little firs, spaced like compass points. The outer border weaves Celtic knotwork, closed by a clean double circle.

The linework stays fine throughout: the spirals across the fur and the interlaced knots in the outer band are the most demanding parts of this mandala coloring page, while the isolated symbols — moons, paw prints, firs — leave wider, calmer areas to fill in. That contrast suits colourists already comfortable with fine-tip pens, and the knotwork ring alone can take a couple of sessions to finish.

Start with the wolf's face, since it anchors the whole design, before tackling the knotwork band, which takes the most patience; keep a fine-liner ready for the tight spirals and narrow knots along the edge. For this printable mandala, A4 on 200gsm paper holds up well under marker or fineliner ink.
