Wolf Mandala #2 - Free Coloring Page

Tiny spirals, chevrons and teardrop shapes crowd a wolf's face drawn front-on at the centre of this mandala, with pointed ears, a diamond mark on the forehead and heavily detailed eyes. A ring of sharp triangles radiates outward, a small mountain silhouette tucked between the ears. Beyond it, black silhouettes of howling wolves alternate with feathers and spirals, closed off by a clean double-line circle border.

The linework inside the face stays extremely fine, with dozens of small curls packed close together — this mandala coloring page rewards a steady hand and patience more than speed. The outer rings, built from triangles and feathers, leave somewhat larger areas to fill. Expect several sittings rather than one, and treat it as a project for teens and adults.

Sharpened colored pencils or fine-liner markers handle the spirals on the muzzle far better than broad markers. Start with the outer triangles and save the densest facial details for last. For printing, this printable mandala works best at A4 or A3 on paper of at least 200gsm, heavy enough to stop ink bleeding through.
