Sun Mandala #13 - Free Coloring Page

At the center, a small solid circle ringed by a thin band holds a pointed star that reads like a compact sun. Around it, a first ring of long pointed rays fans out, followed by a band of rounded scallops and then a row of triangular petals mixed with spirals. A thin double circle separates this core from a wide outer band: twelve large flowers with pointed petals alternate with coiled spirals, small stars, and tiny circles. The outer edge is a plain double circle, with no beads or cut-out shapes.

The line stays thin and even, but the detail thickens toward the rim: the central rays and the large flowers leave generous spaces to fill, while the spirals and small stars call for a fine tip. This mandala coloring page suits someone already comfortable with detailed work, good for a two- to four-hour session depending on how many colors are used.

Start at the center and the main rays with a medium-tip marker or pencil, then switch to a fine tip for the spirals and stars in the outer ring, the most delicate parts of the drawing. For this printable mandala, print on A4 or US letter using heavy paper, at least 200 gsm (or 65 lb cardstock), so ink doesn't bleed through.
