Sun Mandala #20 - Free Coloring Page

At the center of this mandala sits a small empty disc, the core of a sun ringed by short, tightly packed points. A large star with long sharp rays follows, alternating with small five-pointed stars and a thin ring of dots. Two bands come next, one built from small flower buds, the other from coiled spirals, separated by beaded circles. The widest crown lines up tall pointed leaves with eight closed-eyed sun faces, before a final band of spirals and buds leads to an edge closed by a simple double circular line.

The line stays fine from center to rim, and the sheer density of small motifs — dots, stars, spirals — breaks the surface into many tiny sections to fill in. This mandala coloring page suits a steady, detail-oriented hand rather than a quick first attempt; expect several hours across multiple sittings to work through every ring.

Fine markers or well-sharpened pencils handle the sun faces and the outer spirals better than broad tips, since those are the narrowest sections. For this printable mandala, an A3 sheet or 200 gsm paper holds up best against repeated shading without bleeding through.
