Sun Mandala #3 - Free Coloring Page

A jagged crown of triangular points rings the whole outer edge of this mandala, like the rays of a sun. At the core, a small disc sends out a dozen sharp, flame-like points forming a compact star, ringed by a fine circle. Next comes a tight band of curled scrolls and round dots, then a ring of wavy flames and pointed rosettes, before the large outer points take over all the way to the edge.

The line stays fine throughout, but density shifts sharply from ring to ring: the scrolls near the center demand precise work on very small areas, while the outer points offer long, easy shapes to fill. This mandala coloring page suits colorists who enjoy switching between tight detail and broad strokes; expect an hour or two from core to edge.

Fine-tipped pens or sharp pencils keep the scrolls and tiny dots in the second ring crisp, since that's the most delicate part; start with the outer points before tackling the detailed core. For crisp results, this printable mandala works best on A4 or A3 heavy paper, at least 200 gsm.
